A Fairytale Beginning...

February 2010...It was my daughter's Disney Princess Tea Party for her 3rd Birthday and our living room had been transformed into a Royal Palace. There was a regal throne fit for a Princess, a yummy feast and an extra special guest arrived to join the little Princesses for afternoon tea...Snow White!

Friends and family often praised me for my efforts and told me I should  be a Party Planner as I was so good at it, but honestly I just laughed it off and thought surely I was just doing something that all mummies did and genuinely didn't give my creative spark and attention to detail any credit.

​

As my daughter grew older each year, I was always excited to choose a new party theme and loved the challenge of making each new birthday bigger and better than the last! Her Pony Party is my personal favourite to this very day and I will never forget how beautifully the stables were dressed with hay bales, bunting, and themed decor.

​

Over the years I also completed an Internship and Wedding Planning Course with the wonderful Dominique Douglas of Stylish Events. It was a dream come true to work alongside a leading Wedding Planner and I gained skills and experience that I will value and treasure always.

​

Fast forward to the present day and I am the proud Founder and Creative Director of Plan That Party. I am truly passionate about parties and a natural at taking your vision and ideas and creatively bringing them to life and beyond your expectations.
